I have been thinking of investing in License Tier 2 and potentially upgrading in the future if the number of workspaces, custom domain(s) and collections were higher. However, having 1 workspace for 40 tours and zero custom domains is really a deal breaker.
I was wondering whether you would have any plans of revising Tier 2 before the Plus Exclusive discount ends by the 20th March. Thanks in advance for your time on this matter.

A: Thanks for your thoughtful feedback — really appreciate you considering Tier 2 🙌
Tier 2 is designed to offer strong value, especially with 40 tours + dollhouse feature at $159, which is already quite competitive for what’s included.
Thank you for your prompt reply, Sunil. I understand, but I don't think I can invest in Tier 2 based on your response and the current restrictions. Thanks again.
Is it possible to take dimensions from the images?

A: If you mean measuring dimensions (like room size, distance between walls, etc.) directly from the images, that depends on how the images are captured.
With standard 360 panoramic images, accurate measurements are generally not possible because the images do not contain depth or spatial calibration data.
However, you can still use the images to create virtual walkthroughs and visual navigation...
I want to be able to take measurements, heights, distances between walls, floor areas, size of windows etc. What sort of LiDAR camera would I need? Can you recommend some products that work well with your software?
What kind of photos should be uploaded to generate a tour? Are these ordinary photos that are then structured in a way to get 360 or they must initially be 360 (taken with special camera)? Is it possible to navigate rooms of, say, a house?

A: To create a tour, you need to upload 360° panoramic images. These should be panorama photos, but you don’t need a special camera. You can capture them using a regular camera or smartphone that supports panoramic shooting.
Once the panoramas are uploaded, you can connect multiple scenes together, allowing visitors to navigate from room to room, making it possible to create a full walkthrough of...
Q: Any way to use this with 2d images? Adjust curvature?
Wondering if we could use this as a tool for documenting a software application and building a Screen map of the features with hotspots, pop-outs, videos, and such, just not wrap the images? Any way of adjusting the curvature of an image?

A: Currently 2D images are not supported, as Crezlo Tours is designed to work with 360° panoramic images.
However, 2D image support is already planned in our development roadmap and may be introduced in a future release.
In the meantime, you can try the 30-day full-feature trial to explore the platform and test the available features. This will help you decide if it suits your use case before...

Regarding your concern:
Tier 2 comes with a subdomain (included)
Custom domains are available starting Tier 3
The reason for this is that custom domains...

Thanks a lot for sharing this — really appreciate the honest feedback 🙌
Good news: based on similar feedback from the community, we’ve just updated Tier 2 to make it more flexible and useful.
✅ Updated Tier 2 now includes:
3 Workspaces (instead of 1)
3 Custom Domains (new addition)
Let me know if this helps — happy to guide you further based on your use case 👍

Hi Sunil, thanks for getting back to me.

Hi! Thanks for asking 🙌
At the moment, Crezlo doesn’t support measurements (distances, heights, areas), so we don’t have a recommended LiDAR camera for that use case.
If measurements are important, you’d be better off using a dedicated 3D scanning solution like Matterport or similar tools.
