Your online help doesn't have any information about how to construct tours. By experimentation, it appears that I have to upload all the pictures for all the scenes (rooms) in a given tour, then once the tour is created I'm stuck with the initial set of scenes. Is there a way to add new scenes later? Or to regenerate an existing scene with new pictures?

A: Thanks for pointing this out — really helpful feedback We’ll improve the help docs around this.
--Adding new scenes later
Yes, you’re not locked to the initial upload. You can easily add more scenes anytime:
Go to your tour Use the ➕ (plus) icon on the scene navigation bar Upload a new 360 image and it will be added as a new scene (room)
My iPhone 15 Pro only lets me take a 180° panorama. How do I get 360°? Can I stitch together two 180° panoramas? (Your online help for Tours has no answers.)

A: Great question — and totally understandable
The default panorama mode on iPhone (including iPhone 15 Pro) typically captures less than a full 360°, so you won’t get a complete sphere using the native camera alone.
--How to get true 360°
You have a few options:
1 Use a 360 camera (recommended for best results) Devices like Insta360 or Ricoh Theta capture a full 360° in one shot, which works...
OK, I do expect that a dedicated 360° camera would give better results than a smartphone, but your product pitch explicitly said "Upload photos or videos from any camera", and the iPhone being one of the most common consumer cameras, I expected it to be usable — albeit with less stellar image quality. I'll see if I can find a 360° photo app for my iPhone.
What’s happening with iPhone panoramas The native iPhone pano typically captures partial (around 180°) images When used in a 360 viewer, the edges don’t perfectly connect, which can make the scene feel a bit off or “open”
How to improve results on iPhone You can still use your iPhone, but for better output: Use a 360 photo app that captures a full spherical image These apps guide you to move the phone in all directions (not just left to right) This helps close the edges properly and creates a more natural 360 experience
Do these tour videos perform well on a website without slowing the site down significantly? Will it have significant impact on the site speed score?

Q: Underground mine exploration
I have a question regarding a potential use case:
Would it be possible to create 3D or 360° virtual tours in environments like underground mines?
I’m involved in mine exploration and this would be an incredibly interesting application for documenting and showcasing these spaces.
A key requirement for me would be the ability to capture all footage completely offline, as there is no mobile signal...

Thanks. That's what I was hoping was the case — to be able to incrementally build a tour, and to be able to replace draft content with final content.

That’s a completely fair expectation — and you’re right to call it out 👍
When we say “upload photos from any camera”, that does include iPhones. You can use your iPhone to create panoramas and upload them into Crezlo.

Bottom line
iPhone works
Native pano = usable but not perfect
360 apps = much better results without needing extra hardware
So you’re on the right track — using a 360 capture app will make a noticeable difference.
