ok, so SUPPORT replied to my email and advised me that i had a 2nd dashboard / trial account runnning and it was THAT which had been 'suspended' and i was being presented with two choices: upgrade or downgrade.
the solution is to click on the DOWNGRADE button which clears the screen and allows you to access the settings button in the top right of the screen.
I have a lot of problems: when I record a tutorial, as soon as I switch from one Chrome tab to another, the recording seems to continue, but then when I finish, I realize that it has only recorded the first Chrome tab. Additionally, the manual editing is extremely complicated. Since, as I mentioned, Fable does not record the tutorial when I switch from one Chrome tab to another, I have to take a photo of every single step (with another app) in each tab, then I have to manually upload the images, but there's no bulk upload, so I have to do it one image at a time. Every time I add a screenshot in the editing, it comes with the central instruction box, so I create an instruction box for the element I need, but Fable generates a copy of that screenshot with the box I need, so I have to delete the previous screenshot with the central box.
