I tried twice to create the same demo and it failed both times. I’m using Chrome on a Mac M2. Is there a reason why I should try again? Otherwise I will request a refund, but it seems that the software is highly recommended, but it didn’t work for me.
While comparing Fable with Layerpath and Kroto, I was comparing a simple step by step process of Google Workspace in another chrome tab. I just get "Finishing..." but it doesn't finish (third try).
Q: is it possible only to create demo from the browser tabs?

Good to know but they are not answering some questions about disabling annoying AI credit notifications. I already know how to bypass it each time, but it continues to appear after each recording is generated.
We are answering all questions as we last checked. Haven't had any issues with our chat support at all. And by the way, it is our co-founders of Fable itself on chat support - so we know we are not missing any tickets & answering to assist all our users :)
Q: Can a video be uploaded and edited?
eg if have existing support videos that would like to do minor edits / make more professional. (I understand this is not a primary usecase!)
