I'm interested in your product. I was wondering how you define seats. If one person uses three different email addresses to manage outreach to a larger number of people, is that one seat or three seats? Can outreach from multiple emails used by one person be managed in one seat?
Thanks!

A: Hey Adrian, thanks for the great question.
Seat = one email address invited into Fluid. One email address can create/manage as many pipelines as desired. For example, you can have separate pipelines for clients or different parts of your business processes - this requires only one email/seat.
If you want other people to be inside Fluid with you, that's when you need more seats, as in new...
Are there any limitations at all to the number of fields, including custom fields?
Is Danish language supported?
Is DKK supported as currency?
Do you support Danish number formatting like 1.234.567,89?
Is Fluid CRM role-based, so I can limit employees to their own data/sections, while admins can see and do everything?
Can employees have view-only...

Custom fields: Text, number, URL, and date types. No dropdown yet. No hard cap on the number of fields.
Danish: Interface is English only, but your data (deals, contacts, notes) can be in Danish. DKK is supported with Danish number formatting (1.234.567,89).

Hi ! first of all, congrats for your CRM, it looks pretty awesome! I only have a few questions:
- Is it possible to have multiple workspaces ? I have 3 compagnies absolutely not related so I really need them to not share the same customer lists.
- Is it possible to send Quotes and estimates ? And ideally integrate a custom email ? It's a really big part of my work
thank you very much and keep up the good work man!

A: Thank you Yohan for the questions and I truly appreciate it!
1. Yes it's definitely possible to have multiple workspaces. However, you need to buy separate licenses for each one. Unfortunately it's not possible to exchange seats to new workspaces from one license, because of technical reasons and how AppSumo has the licenses set up.
2. At the moment it's not possible to send outward emails...
No, Fluid doesn't have quotes or estimates. There's no document builder or PDF export for that, and it's not on the current roadmap. Fluid focuses on the sales, pipeline and follow-up side, so the best setup is keeping a dedicated tool for quotes (most invoicing tools handle estimates too) and tracking the deal itself in Fluid.
We have salesforce as our CRM and invested heavily in setting it up, so it is our point of truth. I can see this being more fun for our team, so the idea would be to either pull and push certain campaigns or make a substack of Accounts/Contacts, that are being synced back to Salesforce. Is this a feature?

A: Hey, thank you for the question.
We don't have a native Salesforce integration at the moment, and a proper two-way sync isn't on the near-term roadmap either.
The setup you described is doable through our native Pabbly integration or through Zapier or Make. All three have Salesforce connectors, and Fluid has a REST API plus webhooks on the main deal and contact events. So you can push deal...

I am still unclear. Can I sync multiple email accounts (owned by one person) in one seat? Thanks.
Q: Custom fields
Which types of custom fields can I use?
