I noticed some plan descriptions include "Do all tiers have "Limited customization, logo, thumbnails, images & colors" and others do not. Please see list below. Q: I don't see how members can message each other.
Hi, I'm trying out the community function. It seems like only the admin of the academy can initiate a conversation through the message tab, but members cannot start a conversation with anyone, they can't message each other, am I right? If so, can I disable the message tab, so that members won't have the wrong expectations?
I would like to buy a deal, but I don't quite understand the differences between your various packages. For example: Plan 2 - Startup 1, Plan 4 - Startup 2 and Plan 6 - Startup 3 have exactly the same features. Is this a bug on AppSumo or have you forgotten something?
Another thing: in the section "Features included in all plans", it says "% sales commission rates"... I think there's...
It's the commission fee and the number of codes. Everything else is the same, as I'm aware of. Every code gives you the features in the description for the "Startup" plan - so 6 communities/websites in total, if you decide to buy the Plan 6 - Startup 3. And you pay less fee (Plan 2: 10% / Plan 4: 5% / Plan 6: 2%). Only question I still have, is if I'm able to upgrade to a Plan 6 from a Plan 2...
And for the custom domain...I would like to set it up as a subdomain. who would the emails be sent out that the system generates to the students? also given that we will work with students from the EU and course will be in italian, German, spanish & English - I am wondering if the website and the emails would only be available in one language? I understand I have to duplicate for each language
Q: Super admin ability?
Is there a super admin capability that allows one admin to add other admins, without the other admins being able to remove the super admin?
