Menu bar displays only GAJIX (loops back to same screen) and Menu: Offers manage / delete account and log out.

Have not used for a while. I can no longer log in with email/password. When I log in with magic link I am told to activate my account. Obv. it was activated ages ago... On pressing activate account I receive this Access Denied Error: <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access Denied</Message> <RequestId>RYBDE7ZQWYH93XSA</RequestId> <HostId></HostId> </Error>
I purchased the product 8 days ago. I tried to activate it and I am unable due to a technical error on the site. I have been sent multiple emails and I got no response.
Is hello@gajix.com the email we should use for support requests (is the one listed in the product purchase page)? Which support guarantees should I expect on the future? I am afraid that if I got no support during the sales phase,...
Creator do not care to answer. So I wrote to AppSumo support and after back and forth a couple of days they wrote to creator, just then he finally revived from deep letargy and activated my 2 codes. Creator most probably is nice but definitely do not care much for Sumo-lings. 🙃 App is 👍. App support is 🙄

Q: Issue login & lost all courses
-Login no longer works I had to connect gmail to get back in
-seems completely changed the site and I have lost all my previous courses
Why have you done such a big change ? its disrupted many people and we have lost all our history and past courses
