The developer is offering a new product (learnplace.ai) and apparently no longer feels obligated to honor commitments to early supporters. Hopefully, the developer will reconsider and do what is right. Why not offer BYOK to the platform?
The issue is that even if you sign up for free versions of either Gajix or Learnplace, neither of them work. Seems like some server issue that nobody attends to. I emailed them also multiple times with no response... very annoying.

I have made multiple attempts to log into my account over the past two weeks without success.
I have also contacted Gajix support on two occasions but have not received a response.
Could you please advise whether the software is still active, or if there are any known issues affecting access?

I'm getting errors and can't get any content to show up. Also, my drip emails on my topic have stopped. It was before this problem though!
