Q: Unable to activate codes or get any support

I purchased the product 8 days ago. I tried to activate it and I am unable due to a technical error on the site. I have been sent multiple emails and I got no response.

Is hello@gajix.com the email we should use for support requests (is the one listed in the product purchase page)? Which support guarantees should I expect on the future? I am afraid that if I got no support during the sales phase, I will not be able to get any later on.

I really want to like this product. I hope we can solve the problem and improve the support workflows.

Q: Uploading documents and include citing references in text would help

Hi, I would like to receive some information when uploading and applying documents with Gajix, and I found that many texts do not include any evidence of citing sources, which would be very useful to me and my work.

You never got back to me. I wrote the message to hello@gajix.com - and I'm not able to activate. PLEASE HELP. I just write here my message, because you do not reply after 7 days to my email.
