I purchased the product 8 days ago. I tried to activate it and I am unable due to a technical error on the site. I have been sent multiple emails and I got no response.
Is hello@gajix.com the email we should use for support requests (is the one listed in the product purchase page)? Which support guarantees should I expect on the future? I am afraid that if I got no support during the sales phase, I will not be able to get any later on.
I really want to like this product. I hope we can solve the problem and improve the support workflows.
Creator do not care to answer. So I wrote to AppSumo support and after back and forth a couple of days they wrote to creator, just then he finally revived from deep letargy and activated my 2 codes. Creator most probably is nice but definitely do not care much for Sumo-lings. 🙃 App is 👍. App support is 🙄
Q: Uploading documents and include citing references in text would help
Hi, I would like to receive some information when uploading and applying documents with Gajix, and I found that many texts do not include any evidence of citing sources, which would be very useful to me and my work.
Could the creator please respond to my inquiry? I've reached out twice and haven't received a reply yet.

This was asked by other users but they were redirected to the support email for a trial of the feature. Could you please provide a small description of the feature?
I asked this question over a week ago and have had no reply which has put me off purchasing it.... I came back to it to show someone else becasue I had said it seems like a good idea, but now I see that others have also not had a response to their questions either, which does not make me feel confident about the after-sales care so now neither of us has purchased it :-/
