Lets say i wanna learn something about "hormone and psychology" can i upload PDFs, videolinks, audio-links or podcasts, and other stuff so gajix knows more than just the bit it knows from the LLM?
I bought a product yesterday and have already contacted support without receiving any help. I would like to know why my code has not been activated as I am experiencing issues with the activation process.
I have tried sending emails to their support but have not received any response. The activation experience is quite confusing, and I believe they need to improve communication with users, especially after a purchase is made.
I hope this situation gets resolved soon, as I am eager to use the product I purchased.
There is an automated process to redeem by clicking the link provided by AppSumo - though I think we need to improve how this works as many do come across issues like yourself.
I believe we resolved this over e-mail and you are now up and running - please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help.

I purchased this a while ago but do not see any active development. Where do I see a roadmap or a changelog?

There is no roadmap or changelog however we have released several improvements to our models this year.
The UI improvements have been slow lately because of this focus on the learning content which we have iterated on as models have progress this year.
