Hey there, strongly considering this deal. Is it possible to give custom context to Hedy or a full knowledgebase in order to have it consult based on that knowledge? (Let's say specific workflows/methods or SOPs). Does Hedy also work with French and Italian languages?

Just to clarify: I understand Hedy currently supports saved custom contexts and topic-level context, with a character limit, plus topic memory across related sessions.

File upload is something we are evaluating, but cannot commit to for the Pro product (this LTD) at this time due to the cost structure of running RAG. Can hedy still tape my speech and take notes if I temporarily muted myself from the audience? eg - if I want to record my own notes whilst they are taking a time out and dont need to hear me ?

A: Yes, that's a great use case. Hedy should still keep listening to you on your mic, even if you mute yourself in zoom. (disclaimer: we're not in control of what zoom does, so if it messes with the mic at the system level, that might affect Hedy too)
Hi May I ask the pricing here $179 is equivalent to which package on your website ? Does this have real time support during my meeting and does it come with access to lifetime upgrade in future like the $299 in your website ?

Q: Can you use it if you're unable to install the app due to security restrictions. I do have an Android phone
I have a client issued laptop with heavy security restrictions in place so installing an app is not an option at all.
How would this work, if it can. in that use case?
Would it mean installing onto the phone and then recording through the laptop speaker?
How would you then use the features (which seem pretty good) in real time? like getting responses to provide back to what was said...

A: Thanks for the question! In that case you can capture the audio on your phone (the meeting would have to play over speaker) and then you can interact with Hedy in realtime via the web version (web.hedy.ai).
