Yes, Helploom can integrate with any WordPress site.
Currently, we integrate with Slack, HelpScout, Freshdesk, and Intercom.
At the moment, we don't have a public roadmap, as we're collecting customer feedback to evaluate which additional features would provide even more value.
I am very interested in purchasing HelpLoom (and the White Label add-on) for my agency, but I have a technical question before I buy.
My software backend and client billing are completely managed through Blesta. Do you offer a REST API or webhooks? I am looking for a way to programmatically provision new client accounts, manage them, and integrate the chat functionality...
A: Yes! Your customers can choose their preferred language—including Greek, German, and many others—and the AI bot will automatically detect and reply in that same language.
