Q: Critical issues with Tier 3 (functionality changes, limits, and chatbot management)

I’m writing this publicly and cc’ing AppSumo as we’re facing critical issues after the latest update.
We bought Tier 3 with specific features that have now changed. Clients can no longer edit bots, access conversations, or see leads. This was previously available and is essential. The new roles/permissions make the tool unusable for clients and represent a downgrade.
Q: URGENT – Unable to access my account (login redirect issue)

Since the latest update/announcement on the platform, I’m unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in, I am automatically redirected to the subscription page, and I cannot reach the dashboard.
Because of this issue, all of my bots are currently broken and inaccessible, which is causing a major problem on my side.

Hello, in 2024 I purchased TIER 3 and all those benefits are gone, or at least it's no longer very clear what benefits my plan has within the platform. Besides, they are asking for a payment method for the purpose of preventing abuse and complying with regulations, and even though they say nothing will ever be charged, I don't find that trustworthy at all since there's nothing legal explaining it,...
This is one of the worst investments I've ever made, and it's because of irresponsible companies like this that it's not a good idea to buy Lifetime products. Be very careful and don't risk your money like this
