InsertChat has been hacked, when will this be fixed? I've contacted the support and the founder email provided by Appsumo, and haven't heard anything back. I've never seen this happened to a SAAS product before. Can appsumo contact them to see what's happening? Can someone assure us, his company is still going and hasn't collapsed already?

Q: Why do you require payment for the Auto Refresh Training function for existing user?
I noticed that you have started charging for Auto Refresh Training. That's the ONLY reason I bought your app. Now you ask for more money for it? I believe you need to learn how to honor the Appsumo deal.
Now, I have to click hundreds of times to retrain everything because you suddenly turned that function off. I have lost track of which document was updated. This really shakes my confidence in using this app anymore because I don’t know what will happen even after one year or later.
This deal is a nightmare. No support. You can't even pay for refresh because their stripe is incorrectly setup. When they messed up I added my BYOK but I don't know if its being used or not. I am generally stuck at 36k credits - with claude 3.5 consuming 45 credits, plus all functionality = credits. If that is true, this bot can answer 800 queries a month....severe limits for any site with traffic

It's a bit absurd, you let people pay for a license but I cannot acces my training model anymore and feed then more training. What can be done so my credit is back to 40K.
