Guys, I'm not really understanding the pivot here. Kroto was made for quickly creating and editing support videos--- what is instadoc? What am I looking at? Does this app have anything to do with video?

A: InstantDocs does what Kroto did, and more. The chrome extension, is there, the video editor and guide creation is there, with a bunch of new and better features. Asked by our customers. We have even published a native mac and windows app, did you even try out the product?
We sent out an email, and a banner was on our site for over a month.

A: Everyone was notified 3 months ago, through a couple of emails. The website has moved to instantdocs.com. AppSumo user's access hasn't been tampered with.
Dude-- none of these were the features we purchased your app for, it's a completely different feature set. We purchased it to create and edit support videos--what is instadoc? Had you ACTUALLY informed your users, they'd all voice their complaints to AppSumo.
I actually like the new direction for Kroto (now Instantdocs) - there's still a load of work to go into it, but it works and the founder is still active. Still getting access, just name change.
Whilst there have been shady, underhanded tactics displayed by some offers I've bought - I don't think this is one and really excited to see the new direction unveil.
Q: What is instadoc? What has Kroto evolved into?
