Hi. 1. Would your system work for a school that has group (limiting student number) and private lessons? I currently use Google Calendar and a messaging app for my system. I have to receive, reply and enter reservations manually and it's getting harder to keep up. 2. Do you support Japanese? 3. Can i set a lecture to happen every Friday at 8:10 pm to 9pm and allow maximum 8 students to join? 4. (I know this is probably a stretch but) I run classes where some students join remotely while others attend in-school. Can I set up seat limits for both seperately, like 3 online and 8 in class? At the moment, we don't support assigning a booking to more than one staff member at a time. However, it is possible to lock the availability of other team members when a booking comes in, thanks to our Google Calendar and Zapier integrations.
We haven't added Japanese to the list of supported languages yet. We are considering it, but we need to check what changes are necessary in the UI to support it.
I am having trouble figuring out how to set up stripe and do a test transaction, I am logged into stripe and it says I am in test mode but when i run a transactions I get a declined and it tells me I am in live mode and to not use a test card. the documentation on stripe mentions checking the API s but I dont see any API in Lapsula, could you please tell me how to properly test sale of my services
Our implementation of Stripe Connect does not support test accounts, you need to connect a live account. If you want us to disconnect the Stripe account currently linked to your Lapsula account, please send us an email to help@lapsula.com
