We haven't added Arabic to the list of supported languages yet. We are considering it, but we need to check what changes are necessary in the UI to support it.

Q: I want to buy, but I need to resolve two doubts.

I'm a bit of a software collector. I currently have 3 booking softwares and I want to purchase Lapsula to add to my collection, but I need to know two things:

1. Can I send multiple WhatsApp notifications?
For example: 1 day before - 1 hour before - 30 minutes before

2. Can I customize the messages and put the texts I want in the reminders?

A: Hello! 👋

We only support one WhatsApp notification per booking, but you can also set up two additional notifications for the same booking via SMS and email. We'll support more flexibility for customer notifications in the future.

Regarding customizing WhatsApp reminders, we're currently working on it and hope to have it ready next week. At the moment, a default message is sent in whatever language you've set as "Shop Language" in the "Settings" section.

I'm planning to build a pottery class website and would like to know if your software supports the features:
We will be offering two types of classes:
Wheel Throwing Courses
Hand Building Courses
Each class should have:
A way to collect answers to specific questions from participants before confirming their booking.
A booking system with a maximum capacity of 15 people (this number should be adjustable depending on our staff and equipment).
Automatic "Sold Out" status once the maximum capacity is reached.
Different schedules (each class runs on different days and times).
Different teachers and prices.

I believe you can achieve all this with the Group Bookings functionality we've just released. If you need help setting it up, feel free to reach out via in-app chat.

We would also appreciate your feedback and patience when reporting issues, since some of these features designed for classes and lessons have just been released and still need some polishing.

I run a zipline experience and I’m currently looking for a booking tool that can be embedded into our website.
