Q: Learner Limits

I run a nonprofit and we recently passed 1,000 members served. We provide completely free support and services to veterans as well as veteran spouses who want to start or grow businesses. Obviously not all of our members are actively taking any courses we have sitting online but as we continue to grow I worry the 300 limit will become an issue. I see that there are no limits for public courses but since we only allow our members to access (even if it's free) the courses we would be capped at the 300 correct?

A: Hi Isaac,

Yes it would be capped at 300. I recommend upgrading to a monthly subscription tier if you need more limits.

Q: Team Features only available on Tier 4?

There was no mention of this in the app sumo plan differences. But when logging in, it doesn't allow me to invite another team member to manage the administer learning environment? We're on license tier 3.

Q: When do you fix the login problem?

I gave Learniverse a chance. Initially, I was very impressed with the excellent AI course creation, but then I encountered major problems with my students being able to log in. A: Hi !

Posting here so others can see. The team and I are debugging for this particular user. it is a unique case affecting German users that use german letters in their learners email invites.

We are deploying a fix this week.

For all other users the invite and OTP system should be working with no issues

Q: Google "Learniverse vs Systemhub"

I think your software has a leg up over other employee training softwares. I'm wondering how does this handle mid-large size company documents? I'm looking for a dedicated SOP database and permissioned employee training with custom assigned roles.

Let me know if it's already possible in Learniverse. I think this could be huge.
