Hey There! I'm STILL in love with Letterly. I use it every day and recommend it to everyone. I immediately upgraded to 4 licenses once I tried it because it's literally amazing. I want to be able to use it on my Mac, iPhone, iPad and watch if you ever get a watch app!
I downloaded and launched the new Mac App, but even though I'm a lifetime customer, it is set to free and there is no way to restore purchases, since we got this through that amazing AppSumo deal - I also tried the web app but got a message that I need to add slots. Is there a fix? I noticed that the app has NO option to log out and log back in...but only to delete the account.
Is this a glitch that can/will be addressed? What it means is that, essentially, I can only use Letterly on the iPhone right now.

You can use the mobile app for now. But we are definitely planning to release an iPad version of the app in the beginning of next year, hopefully. So, we kindly ask you to wait a little bit for the iPad app, and then you'll have the smoothest experience with Letterly 🚀

Renaming devices would simplify user management significantly. For instance, differentiating test devices from actual user phones, is tough when all appear identical (all devices are exact same model). Without labels, device management is inefficient and confusing
Moreover, creating usernames and passwords for each user is vital, enabling unified histories and seamless remote communication. Relying on magic-link email logins necessitates separate company emails per user, complicating interactions, especially when users speak different languages. A traditional login system would streamline connections, enhancing app efficiency.
Can these features—user and device management—be included in the next update with sync capabilities? What is the expected timeline for this implementation?
