Please clarify RC Local MCP access requires Orbiter Claude Code (rating-captain) asked to connect to your RC Local account via MCP.
MCP is available on the Orbiter plan and higher. Your current plan does not include MCP, so we did not issue credentials (reconnect would fail immediately). Upgrade in Rating Captain Local, then try connecting again from your AI client.
