It's been over a week we reached out to FlowyTeam customer support for an urgent issue and to get a hang of things, yet we've received, No meaningful response from their end. I tagged Appsumo's Customer Support along the way, and they've followed up twice with FlowyTeam, yet it's All Crickets from The FlowyTeam Customer Support. We had high hopes for this tool based on reviews, but our practical experience so far leaves so much to be desired. It's disappointing and worrisome. We look forward to a better working relationship with FlowyTeam, but for now, it's not meeting up to the standard for us!

I haven't had a chance to get through all of it. I probably spent a solid 2 hours just inputting info. There's a lot to it so I'm going to have to watch some training videos on it. It looks like a whole suite of business tools all in one platform. It was a lot. I mean a lot. LOL. So far not disappointed in it at all. I think I'll be using projects, CRM, OKR KPI and tasks the most in here. I'm glad I bought it. It'll take a while to get the hang of it all. Nothing like paying for a subscription and using 30-60 days just learning where everything is. It doesn't seem overly complex so it is just a time to get familiar with it kind of deal. Like when to use a task vs project and which one reports to where. I'm looking forward to it all!
