Trackabi Time Tracker App Questions

When invoicing a client, I need the system to automatically deduct a 30-minute break per day, either from each daily total or from the grand total. The employee takes a 30-minute break daily, and this should be reflected in the invoicing.

I’m reaching out here because my two previous emails requesting support were opened (I track them) but unfortunately not answered. I’m hoping to get a response to this message. I’ve encountered an issue with the map and would appreciate assistance resolving it. Thank you!

We’re excited to announce the release of Trackabi Desktop App v2.1.1 🎉 This update brings automatic tracking during online meetings — the app can now detect when you’re on a call and will no longer pause the timer due to inactivity.

You can also configure the app to allow idle time for specific applications relevant to your work.

Hi, I can see I am unable to turn on on enable the summary email, can you let me know why it's required to update when I try to enable it?
