A: In our system it’s called user activity score. It’s based on user mouse moves and keystrokes. You can enable it in Settings > Time tracking
I have it enabled, but it doesn't give the percentage per 10 minutes like Hubstaff does right underneath the screenshot. I think that UI update would be a game-changer. In the trackabi UI as it is currently, I am still confused if people are working or not. I see the green bar, but I can't trust it. This has me still staying at Hubstaff, and of course, your app has a better price.
In the Insights section, there is a timeline, and the user activity score is displayed there with higher precision than 10 minutes. The chart shows how the user activity changes throughout the day and is better than a number every 10 minutes. There are screenshots on the timeline as well. The green line is for productive and not-productive apps.
