Q: Screenshot storage period

Screenshot is stored just for 1 day. This defeats the purpose. Is there any way to ensure that it is saved for a longer period?

Q: Task Tab

Is there a way to see all the tasks in one place? Ideally there would be a tab for tasks where all the tasks from the various projects would be collected in one place. This would allow the software to function as a task management system. Right now the tasks are not really usable because we have to open each project to view the tasks which makes it impossible to organize, order them in priority, etc. If there is a way to see all tasks, please tell me where to find them.

I signed up and noticed a couple of potential security issues. Please answer the following questions to help us better understand your security policies?

1. Do you have publicly available security policies? If so, please provide links.
2. Where can we find information about Trackabi's commitment to security and data protection?
3. When will MFA/2FA methods be supported?
4. What are your policies and technical controls regarding Apploye employee access to customer data, specifically screenshots and activity logs?
5. When screenshots are deleted by the user or management, are they actually permanently removed from the system?
6. Do you offer options to blur screenshots when sensitive information is found?

A: 1. We do, in the website footer you can find links to DPA, terms, etc.
2. We don't provide any details about particular solutions we use to enhance security and safety of data, but we do a lot for that.
3. This is in our todo list. We will announce it once it's ready.
4. We of course don't have any policies regarding Apploye employee access to customer data :-)
