Q: What’s the max number of emails I can warm up with Mystrika if the plan says “unlimited”?
I provide email services to clients and have a fairly good client base. Your plan mentions "unlimited email warmup," but I’d like to clarify—does "unlimited" truly mean unlimited? Specifically, what is the maximum number of email addresses I can warm up using Mystrika in order to launch with full potential?

Till date, we have not seen a need to enforce a fair usage policy for warm up email count limit, as such it is unlimited (with a soft limit starting at 199/299). https://mystrika.com/#faq
However, if you going to use extra-ordinary volume of warm up email count, we do expect our partners to contribute to growth of Mystrika, as the whole point is to grow together. As such, if there will be need in future fair usage policy can indeed be created.
I'm planning to switch to the Rampage plan to build a white-labeled email warm-up service for clients using 10–50 emails each. Just wanted to confirm if there are any inbox or warm-up limits on that plan, and if it's suitable for scaling to hundreds of inboxes.
Q: I purchased 1 Mystrika code back in June. To upgrade to White Label I need to buy 2 x more codes, correct?

In total, up to a maximum of 3 codes can be applied on single Mystrika account. Mystrika automatically detects and assigns correct plan, when you apply second/third codes.

-Free Outlook and Yahoo email IDs can be freely added to Mystrika via their app password and not OAuth.
This is a limitation from the Yahoo and Outlook side and not from Mystrika. Did you generate the app password from them?
Paid Outlook/Microsoft email IDs under your domain can be easily added via both app password and OAuth.
-Yes, Zoho Mail works with Mystrika, but we highly advise against using Zoho for cold email due to the history of Zoho.
-As you are using Open Tracking, you clearly haven't gone through our "Cold Email Accelerator" guide available at https://my.mystrika.com/accelerator.
In fact, we have a 50+ email onboarding sequence, with each email sent periodically stating what should be done.
If you are serious about growing your business, please go through them in your registered email ID.
Now, regarding open rate tracking, multiple opens and/or clicks are being tracked without opens.
Open rates never were a reliable metric. In fact, most cold email tools (almost all) do not even remove fake/proxy opens (e.g., when Gmail, not the prospect, generates a proxy link for email images); Mystrika doesn't.
In Mystrika we track opens as a combination of prospect and IP, while removing all proxy opens.
So, if a prospect opens a link over and over again and has a dynamic IP, it can track it as a duplicate.
On the other side, if the user or their email client strips/blocks all images in email, it's also possible for opens to not get tracked.
It's a technical limitation of technology today and not something that can be done at our end.
Is there a limit to the numebr of inboxes we can warmup? I have 120 inboxes and I need them all warmed up before sending emails. Can I warm them up with Tier 1 code? (Only warmup, not sending)

We have a wide range of folks using Mystrika. At one point, we had to put an agreement before customers added their email to make them understand what warmup means. And 3-4 people out of 7500+ users is like what? 0.05%? We think that's a great standard.
All we can say is our warmup pool is best in industry. So much so, that our competitors are copying our warmup pool strategy and enforments.
Q: With 1 code, can i inly ever reach out to 5000 unique leads on the code?

The prospect limit is the maximum number of prospects you can have loaded in your account at any given time in total. You are free to delete prospects and re-upload fresh batch anytime (no monthly limit or anything as such). That means you can upload 15k today, and if you are done, delete them and upload a fresh batch of 15k tomorrow.

Hey!
I have bought Mytrika Deal last year but unable to use this tool because the videos are not available on how to use it step by step as a beginner.
Now, I tried connecting outlook and yahoo but it showed me IMAP error in both. I need to understand how I can connect both.
Also, does it support Zoho mail in the Mystrika?
And I have query regarding open rates like it shows twice or thrice and not accurate not sure how does it works.

5,000 uploaded / prospects contacts (Re-usable anytime)
Need clarity on the above feature…
Can we only ever upload 5k? Can I not remove leads that ive already reached out to, and add new ones?
