As we see this is the most popular keyword in reviews but not in good ways but otherwise platform seems worth to try (but as we know - without support it’s worthless..)

However, you might need to set app password for free Outlook email accounts, as such enforcements have been imposed on recent free Outlook email accounts.
We allow both app password and oAuth based connection for paid Outlook email accounts
