Q: Why Your Support Not Cooperating?

I have the code 1 and when I want to add a business email, it doesn't work. I tried to contact the support many times but they are not responding.

Q: What will be payment terms when upgrade from Plan-1 to 2 or 3?

Hi Support team,
I have a question in mind about future upgradation of my plan.
Suppose I purchased plan-1 ($125) initially and after a month or two I change my mind for purchasing higher plan (i,e Plan-2 or 3).
Then, will I pay $250 for plan-2 and $375 for plan-3 or $125 for plan-2 and $250 for plan-3?
Because I already paid $125 for plan-1 as lifetime subscription.

Q: It looks like Microsoft requires Oauth even for free outlook email accounts. You don't seem to allow this?

Q: I have few question

Hi,

I want to buy plan 1, but I have few questions.

Are you giving B2B leads every month? Do you know if this will be renewed after the month's end? Which email service provider do you recommend with your product? My target will around 1500 to 2000 emails per month.

Q: Support ? (very popular keyword here)

Hello guys

Are you planning in near future to have better support?

As we see this is the most popular keyword in reviews but not in good ways but otherwise platform seems worth to try (but as we know - without support itโ€™s worthless..)

Also I see you answer here lately with 3-4 week delay.

Anyway, will be happy to know when youโ€™ll have better support.
