Can each workspace be used for different businesses? I have a coaching pipeline, and a marketing client pipeline and am thinking about using a workspace for each.
Can contacts, forms etc be linked to workspaces to allow for me to bring all my businesses together through workspaces in one crm?
Q: Tier one has three users. As the owner do I count as a user if I'm not really doing work?
I have a small online startup. And I have a marketing team of three people. They are the ones that were actually using the CRM. If I'm the owner until one says I can have three users, do I count as a user? Or am I an inherent user because I'm the owner and I can add three additional users? I do not need 20 users so I do not need tier 2. But I do need at least three users. As the owner I will simply login to monitor everything.

A: Hi Dan. Yes it is counted as a user since regardless of the usage, they are part of the workspace. T2 is great overrall with higher limits for other features as well.
T2 is obviously better, but for me it would be overkill. T1 is sufficient except for the limitation on users. Don't need 20 maybe only four or five. Everything else is sufficient for a startup. Difference in price is not cost effective for me
Can I create a booking link where a client books a meeting with both me and my teammate at the same time (i.e., a 2:1 meeting), so the calendar only shows times when both of us are available?
That is a collective availability booking feature (collective = multiple hosts required for one meeting)

A: Hi! This is in development now. This will be possible very soon
I see the Unified Inbox has social media coming soon. Any timeline on this?
our situation is that our warm outreach often includes people we don't have a direct email address for, only an IG handle, so we need to DM them directly. Ideally, we'd love the CRM to track them in the pipeline too for opens, responded, follow-up, etc.

A: Hi jeff, we are working on this currently and the updated timeline is mid-April for IG and FB. LinkedIn coming up after that.
