My current CRM solution is ClickUp. It's very flexible for me to manage contacts, tasks, time tracking, etc. What I love about ClickUp is the option to paste images from the clipboard (screenshots, for example) and files (Word, Excel, etc) into the note-taking area of every task. This is a must-have for me. Are there any plans to add this feature?
Someone sent me an invitation to look at this tool. As I am about to launch a small marketing agency, however, I am looking at it and it seems to me that it is more suitable for an e-commerce business, therefore, I have a couple of questions:
1) Can this CRM serve for a small Marketing agency or only for an e-commerce? 2) I am in a Spanish-speaking country, can this CRM be customized for Spanish-speaking users/teammates/leads/clients? 3) The automated workflow offered within this tool works the same as the workflow/auto-responder offered by my ESP?
1) It's not made only for e-commerce businesses. It can be utilized by any business as we serve as a general purpose CRM. Especially suitable for agencies 2) We are working on localizing all our apps to Spanish and few other languages. You can expect this update in the next few weeks 3) I believe so. I'm not sure how your ESP works but we do offer the same...

1) I'd acquire a Tier 2 license. If I like this tool could I upgrade to Tier 3 later on? 2) I have TidyCal (calendar) and InfluencerSoft (Funnels builder) can they be connected to NinjaPipe? 3) Could you please elaborate more on the Automation workflows to have a full understanding of this? What do you mean that you add every 2-3 wks?

As mentioned I'm about to launch my Marketing agency in a month or so. Therefore, I'm gonna start using NinjaPipe by then and see if it fits my needs to acquire Tier 3. Hope you can honor such an upgrade.

Q: LTD vs subscription
I was looking at your website and Tier 1 LTD seems to be linked to your "Essential" subscription but the integrations (Pabbly, Zapier), AI and Email, and BYOK are not available in the Essential category. Just want to make sure they are included in Tier 1 LTD before I purchase and begin set-up.
A: Hi there! The tiers on our website are not the same as they are the monthly subscriptions. The Tiers you see here on AppSumo were specially made for this promotion only. But yes, Tier 1 includes BYOK as well :)
Hello! We are an agency that helps people get leads. Is it possible to create workspaces? When a lead comes from a website, we would like them to be able to login to see there leads and work on them... Best regards
A: Hi there! Yes you can do this by inviting these 'clients' to your workspaces created for them. Client A can have their own workspace, Client B can have their own workspace. Please keep in mind that the workspaces are tied to your subscription and you will be the owner, however you can give them admin access.
