Are there plans to add more branding templates to the platform. Right now, the templates provided are very specific. I'd like to see templates for logo design, mockups, visual guidelines, etc. Would also love more complete templates like 15-second ad generations, 30 second stories, etc. If you don't have plans to allow your community to add their templates on a page (a community run template page)...

A: We already have a growing collection of templates for many of the use cases you mentioned, including logo design, mockups, and visual guidelines. You can find them by clicking the "Templates For You" button in the node selection menu.
These ideas are highly aligned with our vision, and we are actively working on expanding our template offerings and exploring ways to better showcase community...
I've tested out your templates and while they do help me better understand the platform, they just aren't what I need. I'd like to create and save my own templates so that I dont need to start from scratch. Is this something you'd consider adding as a feature. This would be different from saving projects. I have 5 templates right now saved as projects but cannot create more due to limits of how many projects we're allowed. I'd love to just save these as a template.

Can you provide a link to your roadmap? Also, do you have an active discord channel, skool channel or place for your community members to discuss results and provide feedback on the platform? Understanding this is a newer platform, it's my hope that you provide a healthy place for your users to provide feedback, share wins and loses, etc. Especially given your current customer service is not quite there. (I have submitted over 7 tickets since purchasing and 0 of the have been answered).

Q: What plans do you have for video to video generation modesl?
Video to video generation has become all the buzz in our echo chambers. I've tried you're Aleph and, for some reason, it's performance on your platform leave much to be desired. I'm not sure what happening on the backend but Ive had to use Aleph on other platforms to get better results. Do you have plans to bring other video to video models to the table?

I am tier 2 What is the point of training if I cannot download my LoRA? "Downloading LoRAs from training is currently not available for individual plans. This feature is only accessible on the Teams plan upon request. If you are subscribed to the Teams plan, you can contact support to request access to download your trained LoRAs."

A: You are right. The functionality to download trained LoRA files is currently exclusive to our Teams plan and higher-tier Enterprise subscriptions.
We recognize the value this feature provides and are continuously evaluating our feature set for all tiers. Your feedback is important and will be shared with our product team for consideration in future updates.
