Moving a folder within the same mailbox works perfectly.
Thank you. Basically, the tool works as it should, and moving a message into a subfolder within the IMAP mailbox works without any problems. What we’re eagerly awaiting now is the ability to move an email to another mailbox and then into a specific folder that’s designated for it. That also helps us within the team mail to move each other into the mailboxes.
We asked support about this feature and received the following response: In this case, you can create a rule to forward that message to a different mailbox, and move that out of inbox in the original mailbox.
As it turns out, this function is unfortunately not available, or not yet available 😟
Very good and fast support via chat is possible. Overall, the company seems truly well positioned.

Snoooz is officially my inbox manager now
Running a small marketing agency, my inbox was basically a second job. I picked up Snoooz on a whim and now I spend less than 5 minutes checking my mail daily.
The win for me was training it on our own FAQs and tone - the auto-replies actually sound like us, not some robotic "we received your message." Leads now get a real reply while I'm offline. I've booked calls off emails I never even saw come in.
The categorisation keeps my inbox clutter down. Setup took a little time, but once I set it properly, it just runs.
If email is eating your day, easy recommend.

Outstanding Product and Top-Notch Customer Service
When I first came across Snoozz, I was a bit reluctant. I didn't think I needed a product like this because most of the products like this that I've come across over the years were frustrating at best, were too time‑consuming to set up, and needed too much tinkering to get them to do what you needed them to do.
Snooze is very different. I'm glad I decided to try it out. It has been designed with the user in mind from the ground up, and I have no affiliation with the company. I'd never heard of the company until it appeared on AppSumo.
Not only does it do its job, it does it very well. Even more importantly, the team behind it seems very serious and passionate about their product, which doesn't always come across with every company and its staff.
In terms of customer service, it's been five stars all the way. They've been very responsive, very flexible, and they're always listening. I remember them sending out requests to join their feedback meetings. To my shame, I never had time to attend any, but the fact that they took the time to invite customers to attend feedback meetings to help improve the product says a lot about them. It shows they take customers' views and opinions very seriously.
I have no issues recommending Snooze. I plan to use it with my growing team and on the project I'm launching. If it does even 70% of what it's capable of, it would save my team lots of time, which equals money. So it would be a great ROI, in my opinion. I would highly recommend this product to anyone considering any kind of email response system or automation system.

Amazing Customer Service
Their customer service has been brilliant when asking to transfer my pricing plan onto the EU platform (for GDPR requirements, rather than being on the US / global version). I received responses to my mails within an hour and the transfer was complete within just a couple of hours... Very responsive team, thanks!
I have to admit, i didn't use the product yet - simply been too busy to get into it, although i did go through their onboarding wizard and looks very simple to set up.
Looking forward to using it though and initial signs are very promising.
