Hi! Two questions: 1) Will this tool be the right fit to create game promotional content? 2) What are the credits spent on, and what is the modal credit spent you see in your application for a campaign per month? Thanks

A: Hi Tim, thanks for the questions.
1) Game promotion: yes, for the paid-ads side. Soku can research what's working in your genre (competitor ad creatives and market data), generate image and video ad creatives on the creative canvas, using your key art or gameplay clips as references, and then launch and test them on Meta, Google and TikTok, with nothing going live until you approve it. Q: Why does Soku Tier 1 require an upgrade to add a second brand when AppSumo includes 3 brands?
Hi William, I recently purchased License Tier 1 to evaluate Soku across multiple brands.
According to the AppSumo deal page, Tier 1 includes up to 3 brands. However, when I attempt to add a second brand, Soku displays an upgrade prompt requiring a higher-priced subscription.
This contradicts the advertised Tier 1 benefits.
I've also contacted your support team via email regarding this issue and...

A: Hi Marcus, thanks for flagging this, and sorry. It was a bug on our side, not a limit of the deal.
1. Yes, it was technical. Your Tier 1 license was activated on AppSumo but never got attached to the workspace you created during sign-up, so Soku treated that workspace as Free (1 brand). 2. Yes. All Tier 1 benefits are included with no extra subscription: 3 brands, 2 members and the Tier 1...
Hi Sushanth, I've encountered what appears to be another bug while setting up my workspace. Please see the attached screenshot.
According to the AppSumo deal, License Tier 1 includes 15 social platform connections and unlimited posts. However, during the Growth Report onboarding, I'm restricted to 3 free platforms, with a prompt to upgrade to Pro to unlock 7 platforms simultaneously?
How does Soku handles multilingual accounts and campaigns?
How about various currencies when it comes to reporting and dashboards - do they show in the account's currency or the reports are shown only in USD? Currently the product screenshots show only USD, which isn't very helpful if advertising and reporting in different currencies.

A: Thanks for the detailed questions!
Languages: you can chat with Soku in any language, and it writes ad copy, landing-page copy and reports in whatever language you ask for, per campaign or per market. The app interface itself is in English.
Currencies: Soku reads spend and revenue in each ad account's own currency and does not convert to USD. Dashboard amounts are shown without a currency...
