Q: Hello! May I ask if you have any experience working in the United States?

Hello! May I ask if you have ever worked in a company or market environment in the United States? If so, how do you perceive the trends and consumer behavior in the U.S. market? Which specific areas of the U.S. market are you most familiar with?

A: Hey there!

While we're still in the early stages, we’re excited to already have a few companies in the US using Spokk. The US market does have quite a few reputation management tools, especially ones focused on helping local businesses collect Google reviews.

What sets Spokk apart is how we simplify the process for customers to leave reviews. We generate a personalized draft based on the feedback they provide. This means they don’t have to spend time thinking about what to write. This makes it easy for customers to leave Google reviews, just copy, paste and post!

Regarding consumer trends and areas, we noticed that Google reviews are especially valuable for small and medium-sized businesses, as they boost visibility and help attract new customers. We see the most potential in service-heavy industries like salons/spas, clinics, restaurants, and professional services.

Hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A: Hey Swapnil,

Yes, it should work well for most verticals since Spokk lets you redirect customers to your own custom destination. This means you can collect reviews on any platform of your choice.

Since most solo businesses or consultants are just starting out, building social proof is crucial—and Spokk helps them collect reviews with ease.

Let me know which specific industry you’re referring to, I’d be happy to share more tailored examples or suggestions!

Q: Questions regarding agency plan?

Hi Samesh, great product and well-positioned against well-established brands like Birdeye and SurveyMonkey. I run an AI agency that drives customer experience and customer loyalty. I have a few questions regarding the agency plan as follows:

1. Which tier plan should I choose to white label Spokk and sell it under my brand?
2. Do we have full independence of pricing to the customer (monthly subscription, one-time) and customize plans
3. Can you help me understand what does unlimited clients with 2000 free credits per year mean?
4. Are you planning more AI capabilities in the future?
5. Are you planning to add video feedback in the future?
6. Can we customize the coupon percentage or amount as per our requirements to pass on the benefit to the customer?
7. Can we create automation for coupon and review feedback post 1 to 1 meetings?

A: Hey Swapnil, let me go through your answers one by one.

1. Which tier plan should I choose to white label Spokk and sell it under my brand?
You need Plan 4, the agency plan. This lets your whitelabel Spokk and sell it to clients.

2. Do we have full independence of pricing to the customer (monthly subscription, one-time) and customize plans?
Yes, you can price the product however you want.

3. Can you help me understand what does unlimited clients with 2000 free credits per year mean?
You have a total of 2000 received responses in total included per year. You can assign these credits to any number of companies, with any number of locations, however way you like. If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits at a discounted price. You can even negotiate flat rates with select companies to get even better rates.

4. Are you planning more AI capabilities in the future?
Yes, we are looking into integrating reputation management features into Spokk which will also include a few more AI features.

5. Are you planning to add video feedback in the future?
Yes, but this will added under "Video Testimonials" and not feedback.

6. Can we customize the coupon percentage or amount as per our requirements to pass on the benefit to the customer?
Yes, you will be sending a coupon code to your customer as a reply. This reply will be sent via email. Customers can even reply to the company through the inbuilt reply page.

7. Can we create automation for coupon and review feedback post 1 to 1 meetings?
We support Zapier and Pabbly for automating feedback requests. If you automate the coupon, right now you can only send the same coupon code to everyone. If you manually send the coupon, you can customize the coupon code however you like. Could you let me know what you mean by 1 to 1 meetings?

I hope I've answered all your questions. Let me know if you have anything else and I'll be glad to clear things out.

A: Hey Wonka, we currently don't have a feature to showcase the feedback. But, we have this on our roadmap since this is a highly demanded feature. Building out a direct integration for Wordpress depends on the demand we have for that feature so can't guarantee a date for the release of this feature.

Q: Questions for you:

A: Hey Wonka, the 2000 responses is across all companies. Usually, if you use SMS, with no incentive, we see about a 10% conversion rate, with email even less. This roughly translates to around 20,000+ feedback requests or customer interactions. (Which is a lot).

In addition to this, you can negotiate flat rates per company, this means you can negotiate a flat rate per month/year for a specific company with us and charge an amount of your choice from your client. This method will not use your agency credits. You can also by additional credits at a minimum of 50% off the retail price.

Also keep in mind that a credit (response) includes everything. (AI review, replies, etc.)

Let me know if you have any other questions. Glad to help.
