If I don't mind the Spokk branding, can I use tier 1 - 3 to add clients and upgrade to tier 4 once i grow? My clients want me to do it all, so they may never even log in. I would be approving all reviews. I would be designing their website, adding the widget link to the website and hand holding them to set up their Google Businesss manager account. A realistic goal would be 5 clients paying me monthly, am I right in assuming the difference in tiers is Branding/white Label and monthly allotted credits?

Thats a great reply, really thank you for responding so quickly.For background, I already use my AWS SMS features within odoo, so I wanted to make sure we are not sending redundant messages, most recent POS systems have some kind of similar SMS service. I really like the concept, similarly for voice transcription, I have Blip Ai, which allows API calls, which is available here as a life time deal.

Tier one will be for one client but with unlimited locations. You cannot use it for multiple companies. Only tier 4 supports that.
