Q: Can you import review from other plateform ?
i would like to import reviews from Google my business, Linkedin etc
and show it on my website like a wall ?
is that possible ?

Since Spokk is all about reviews and feedback, importing and showcasing reviews from platforms like Google My Business is definitely on our roadmap. However, this feature isn’t available just yet.

Hey, so Senja creates a "Wall of Love" using the testimonials received.
If you want to do the same with the feedback you receive, it would take around 1 month to build.
If you want to showcase Google and LinkedIn reviews after importing them, it would take more than 6 months because this falls under reputation management features.
What do you want to showcase? Received feedback or Reviews?

I want a wall of love that i can integrate to my wordpress website
I would like to show automaticaly the review from
- Linkedin
- Google My business
and for another business
from booking
from airbnb
If it can not be done automaticaly, i would like at least a way to import them manualy for now
Hey, I understand your requirements.
We can give you a solution for showcasing the received feedback via the Spokk feedback form within a month but we currently don't have a way to let you import reviews from the mentioned platforms (GMB, LinkedIn, Booking AirBnB, etc.). This is because getting access to their API and building review management takes some time.
