Q: Offer this in my Agency

I'm considering offering this in my agency, but I want to be clear about how this works. Tier 4 Agency.

1. Offer review feature to clients (email only for me, no sms)
2. Set up the client's Google Business feature and create API
3. Create a client account in Spokk and add GB Client API, then assign credits (30 per month)
4. Add the review/link widget to clients wordpress website
5. Add triggers that when a client makes a sale, an email goes out asking for a review (is there a time delay? - How is the trigger created?
6. A customer makes a review, voice and chat are going directly to Google (or other platforms like yelp, depending on the reviewer's choice) but the form goes into the client's landing page for an approval process)
7. Either the customer can approve, or I would be approving clients reviews
8. email alert after new review?

A: Hey, I think there is one important clarification here.

Spokk is built mainly for review collection and customer feedback generation, not direct Google review management/importing.

So the flow works more like this:

You send customers an email review request after a sale using our API/integrations or your own automation setup. There can absolutely be a delay before the email is sent if you want.

The customer fills out a very short feedback form inside Spokk. Based on their real feedback, we generate a personalized AI review draft for them. They can then copy/paste and post it on Google themselves. Reviews are not automatically posted to Google/Yelp because Google does not allow that.

At the moment:

* Email automation is supported
* Agency accounts and client sub-accounts are supported
* Credit allocation between clients is supported
* Email notifications for new feedback are supported
* API/integration based triggers are supported

However:

* We do not import Google reviews
* We do not reply to Google reviews
* There is currently no Google Business Profile API integration
* There is no approval workflow before posting to Google
* There are no widgets available

Your agency model should still work very well if your focus is on review collection and not review management.

So who manages the reviews? So it sounds like there is another layer that requires human input/time. I guess what I'm looking for are steps, this helps me see the big picture and where I can monetize it. My clients dont want to do any work, they want done-for-you solutions. I also want it to run on autopilot once setup.

Yes it will run on autopilot. You build out the integration by calling our API from their system. All you have to do is send the contact data (email or phone) via the API. Feedback requests and reminders will run on autopilot from then onwards. If you want to reply to feedback, you can do so from the dashboard.
