If I don't mind the Spokk branding, can I use tier 1 - 3 to add clients and upgrade to tier 4 once i grow? My clients want me to do it all, so they may never even log in. I would be approving all reviews. I would be designing their website, adding the widget link to the website and hand holding them to set up their Google Businesss manager account. A realistic goal would be 5 clients paying me monthly, am I right in assuming the difference in tiers is Branding/white Label and monthly allotted credits?

May 27, 2026A: Hey, if you don't mind the Spokk branding the easiest thing is to buy a single tier 1 license. Test it out with one of your clients and see the results. If they are willing to pay you well, you can upgrade it to tier 4 and handle multiple clients. You also have the option of purchasing multiple tier 1 licenses but at that point I think it would make more financial sense to buy tier 4 since you can control everything from one agency dashboard.
Tier 4 is built for agencies so you get the agency dashboard and the flexibility to allocate credits for each sub company.
So tier one would limit me to one client or one location? Could I not use it for multiple clients until my credits run out? Just with Spokk branding....
Tier one will be for one client but with unlimited locations. You cannot use it for multiple companies. Only tier 4 supports that.
