Q: A few questions from a 2020 LTD buyer.

Hello, I have a one code LTD from 2020 that I've redeemed but never fully setup. I have a few questions for you because I am considering adding a few more codes to this plan.

1. Are there any advantages to the one code LTD I purchased in 2020 versus the lowest tier LTD available today?

2. I've read that sometimes you add features or functions that must be purchased separately as add-ons. Where...

Q: Security for PII?

I am a tax professional. I am locked into TaxDome for three years, but I would consider purchasing this now and starting to replicate everything I need, provided the security level meets IRS and SOC2 requirements. Even though I am not in healthcare, I try to find products that actually meet HIPAA requirements.

I'd also love to see a comparison chart for SD vs. TaxDome, Financial Cents, Canopy, and Karbon, which dominate the Tax Professional market for CRM+Portal+Automation.

A: Hi Matt,

Great questions - security is something we take very seriously.

**Security & Compliance:** Yes, we are HIPAA compliant, and we follow industry best practices for data protection and handling sensitive information. You can review our full security overview here: https://suitedash.com/security-overview/

I'd recommend reviewing that page in detail to see if it meets your specific IRS...

A: Hi there,

It depends on what you mean by "sync with Gmail":

**For sending emails:** Yes, you can connect your Gmail/Google account to send emails from SuiteDash using your own email address. This is part of our email branding options. Documentation here: https://help.suitedash.com/article/128-customize-email-branding

**For Google Calendar:** Yes, we have two-way sync with Google Calendar for...

Q: Invoices Look and Feel Update

Hi Mike
I have been with SD for many years, and I have used the system almost every day. I use SD to its max and try to find ways to make it work for me when it has its limits. As long as it served the purpose. And I a m quite happy with it. And I have been a silent active user waiting and accepting each update.
I know you said the update priority are based on community feedback, but sometimes...

A: Hi Cheri,

First, thank you for being a long-time user and for pushing the platform to its limits - that's exactly the kind of feedback that helps us grow.

You make a really valid point. You're right that sometimes important things don't get the most votes simply because they affect everyone equally - people just accept it as "the way it is" rather than actively requesting a change. And you're...

Q: Can I use Suite Dash to send quotation requests to my suppliers

Hello Mike, I run a print broking business. So I need to send enquiries to my suppliers for them to respond with their prices independently but withing a project called a quote. I then need to convert the lowest price into a quote for my customer. Then, if they accept the quote I need to turn it into an order which I confirm to the customer and also send to the supplier.

When the job has been...

A: Hi Mark,

Great questions - let me break this down:

**Supplier Quote Requests:** SuiteDash is primarily designed for managing relationships with your Clients (the people you sell to), not for managing supplier/vendor procurement workflows in the way you're describing. You could potentially use some creative workarounds - like treating suppliers as Contacts and using Forms to collect their...
