Q: Question on Tiers Relative to New Feature Launches

Currently the SuiteDash tiers are mostly based on storage and number of users. Does that mean that any new features released by SuiteDash will be applicable to all tiers? Since you are ending your campaign I am determining if I need to upgrade from Tier 1 in order to get any new feature releases. I don't think I will need more storage or users so Tier 1 is good for me if all new features releases will be available across all tiers. Thanks in advance for confirming.

A: Hi Jonathan,

Great question - and the answer is yes!

All AppSumo tiers include Pinnacle-level features, which is our top tier. The only differences between tiers are Staff limits and Storage quotas. Feature-wise, you get everything regardless of whether you have 1 code or 10.

When we release new features, they roll out to all Pinnacle-level accounts - which includes all AppSumo LTD holders....

Q: Made a mistake

I purchased tier one access and upon signing up I've entered my email address wrong, I've tried to reach out to support but can't find an email address anywhere. And when I do it through the website it takes me to a blank page when opening a help ticket so can somebody please reach out to me as I can't post my email address here either as Appsumo blocks it, thank you.

A lifetime purchase is exactly that - a lifetime purchase. Your deal is with SuiteDash, not with AppSumo. AppSumo is simply the marketplace where you discovered and purchased the deal.

If AppSumo were to change course or even disappear entirely (which seems unlikely), it wouldn't change anything on...

Q: Clarification on SuiteDash DAV Support & API Limits

SuiteDash seems unable to receive data via CalDAV, CardDAV or WebDAV, and it also can’t read external calendars or tasks. As far as I understand, SuiteDash can only send data, not receive it. Incoming data is only possible through the REST API, and even that is limited to creating appointments, tasks, CRM entries and projects.
