Can custom field data be converted into tags upon form submission? I want to automate tag creation based on user selections to make searches easier. For example, employees can list up to five cities where they are willing to work, and tagging their responses will help categorize and identify trends for workforce planning. I understand that this tagging method may lead to a lot of duplication due to different spellings of the same city.

If you believe the tag approach isn't the best way to proceed, what do you suggest is the best way to search this data?

Can calculation fields be used anywhere? or any more details video how calculation field works?
