Finance side:
I want to give tomorrow where they have their own billing system multiple layers of approvals. And also even for vendors they have multiple levels of approvals for releasing an amount where the vendor also will be able to log in and submit their bills.
Tasks:
The H and task management systems are just as good as any other model they want to implement which includes geofencing attendance for login and as well as various levels of jobs tasks and projects being endorsed and multiple levels of authorizations or approvals.
Can We create job roles or profiles where we can connect Users to the profile that is requested.

Let me be straight with you, because there's a mix here and I don't want you buying on a guess.
Based on your brief description, I'll generalize, but understand there are many details which you have in your head that I'm not aware of:
Vendors logging in and submitting bills. Yes. Vendors can be given Portal access and use Forms to submit, with file attachments for supporting documents. You want to create them as CRM Targets and use Circle(s) to control their access, experience, etc.
Job roles and profiles connecting Users to a requested profile. Yes. Circles handle exactly this. You define a Circle, assign permissions and content access to it, and Contacts placed in that Circle inherit everything. Staff have Internal Roles with their own permission structure.
Task and project management with assignment, dependencies, phases, Kanban, and Timers. Yes, and it's strong.
Task proofing and approval. Yes, there's a proofing and approval feature built into Tasks.
Where I need to be honest:
Multi-level approval chains for finance. This is the important one. We do not have a native multi-stage approval workflow engine where an amount routes to approver one, then approver two, then approver three, with each gate blocking release. You can approximate it using Custom Fields as status flags plus Automations firing at each stage, and people do build things this way. But it's constructed, not configured, and it will not have the audit and enforcement characteristics you'd get from a purpose-built AP approval system.
Geofenced attendance for login. We do not have this. No location-based login restriction or geofenced clock-in.
What I'd recommend: start a free trial and build your two hardest cases, which are the vendor bill approval chain and whatever you need for attendance.
