Honest answer: not to that level of specificity today.

The File Upload form field lets your Targets upload files and you can enable multiple file uploads, but it does not enforce pixel dimensions, restrict to a specific set of file extensions, or cap individual file size at a value you choose.

That said, this is a good suggestion and one we're considering. File upload validation is a reasonable thing to want, and it's the kind of feature that fits naturally with where Forms are heading. I won't promise it or put a date on it, but it's on our radar and your asking moves it up. So thank you for that.

What works in the meantime is instructing rather than enforcing. Put the requirements directly in the field label and description, something like "Logo: JPG, PNG or WebP, 1200x300px, under 500KB." Most people follow clear instructions, and you can reject and re-request anything that comes back wrong.
