Q: The app is becoming inconvenient, the features are underdeveloped, yet they keep getting added!
Why are you leaving an unfinished and inconvenient solution? The logic is incomplete; for example, the calendar isn't functional, and I don’t understand where things are located. There are many more examples like this. Please refine the existing features so we don’t end up with a mess of half-working logic in the functions. The previous platform was fine, but now it’s turning into a dump.
I purchased Tier 2 and seem to be in a welcome sequence that is getting me to "upgrade" from the free trial of Taja before my trial runs out? I'm confused as to why that would be the case after purchase from AppSumo, and when I sent an email to the founder/support they bounced back as undeliverable. Can someone help me understand how I get some support?

A: Thanks for the note and apologies for this. Our team is looking into this and has a solution that we are going to be implementing in the next two weeks that will solve videos not publishing correctly for some users.
For long form videos we dont have the ability to schedule them yet. You can only publish them. you can publish or schedule shorts however.
