Q: Is anyone actually able to access Taja in the past weeks?
Hi, I wanted to check with other users here. For the past few weeks, support has been saying that the new version is launching โtomorrowโ and that it will solve the current issues.
However, the old version has stopped working for me, and I still donโt have access to any new version. Is anyone here actually using: -a working old version? -the new rebuilt version they mentioned?
Q: Taji team, you say youโre running over on resource usage, but why arenโt you optimizing it?
I tried to set generation to the language I need on the first try, but I still couldnโt get it to work and I have to do it twice just to get a description in my language. Second, by default you generate short clipsโyou donโt need to do that by default; some videos I donโt want turned into Shorts! Make it optional like the thumbnail, and it will drastically cut resource consumption. I hope youโll prioritize thisโyour project is incredibly good and we want to see it keep growing!!!

A: We are dealing with some product issues right now that we are working on.
We have entirely rebuilt Taja and will be releasing it this week which will be 10x faster and publish more effectively.
We are working with YouTube to adjust our quota so you don't run into issues with scheduling or publishing content directly to Youtube
We are working with a new service provider to help us download...
Thank you for your honest and positive response, I am glad that you continue to improve this product, I am sure many negative reviews will be deleted and you will start developing again as before! We all want your success! And this incident to remain in the past, I ask everyone who left a bad review to review it after a while and start supporting the project instead of seeing only the bad in it
What does YouTube have to do with it if the service doesn't even work when loading from a computer? Are they stalling so that people can't get a refund after a year? What's going on here? People cannot use your product, including new customers; the product is dead. Do you want to sell your product to investors that you can't find? Do you need help with that? We acknowledge that some users have experienced performance and loading issues, particularly related to YouTube imports. This was caused by external YouTube API quota limitations combined with rapid user growth. While this explains the issue, we take responsibility for not communicating it...
FYI: the functionality is nothing like it was when I first purchased. It's a very stripped down version. Support is limited if any for long periods of time. Issues are being blamed on YouTube - I'll be monitoring these comments.
I completely agree, but it is strange to bring it to such a non-functional state and continue selling on AppSumo. The tool isn't working, so why offer it? Are new users getting a good product? And old users can't use it? I don't understand where the reviews are coming from then. The situation is strange.
Actually it looks like they are working on it. Some things started to work again, while others do not. So maybe they will come back to the state it was, as a good youtube tool.

Q: Growing problems instead of growing channel
In the Beginnig, Taja was a nobrainer and did an excellent job. Than some options has been added that make grow on Youtube much more easy.
But since autumn 25 more and more problems occure.
I'm a bit of afraid, that taja will throw in the towel :(
First it started with syncing problems with Youtube. But now it even will not work if we upload files without using our YT accounts? No title,...
