I really wanted to like Taja AI. In fact, I purchased two AppSumo codes because my initial tests looked promising. Unfortunately, once I started using the platform seriously, it became clear that the product is not ready for production use.

Over the past several days, I encountered multiple critical issues:

* YouTube publishing was blocked by a "payment required" error despite having activated AppSumo licenses.
* Shorts remained stuck rendering for hours (sometimes more than 12 hours).
* Video optimization features frequently failed.
* Clips generation failed repeatedly.
* Written content generation stopped working at times.
* Uploaded videos sometimes remained processing indefinitely without producing any result.
* Rendered shorts displayed captions incorrectly, with subtitles appearing compressed in the upper-right corner instead of matching the preview.

To their credit, the support team was polite, responsive, and restored credits that were consumed during failed generations. However, support alone cannot compensate for a platform that consistently fails to deliver usable output.

After attempting to process roughly ten different videos, I still did not receive a single result that was ready to publish.

Taja AI has a lot of potential and the concept is excellent, but based on my experience, the platform is currently too unstable and unreliable to justify the purchase. I cannot recommend it in its current state.

I don't really understand the negative reviews. I bought Taja over a year ago, I believe, and they have made a lot of improvements to the product. I save a ton of time in production. I love the thumbnail feature; the titles are always much better than what I had planned. It does all the work, and we only have to focus on the content creation part. Everything that used to bother me is now handled by Taja: generating shorts, recycling for other platforms, making the thumbnail, generating the description, writing subtitles... and I must be forgetting some.

I bought Taja a while back and the software was initially great—it did everything I wanted and more. At the start of this year, I spent two days scheduling out my reels for the entire year. Then, in February, they rolled out a massive system update and everything broke. My reels completely stopped publishing.

While their customer service used to be excellent, it has now been months without a resolution. Worse yet, they have completely ghosted me; I haven't received a reply to my support tickets in over a month. Not only are my posts not going out, but I can no longer access my content at all. I'm terrified that all of my hard work is completely lost. I am deeply disappointed in this service and their complete inability to resolve a severe, system-breaking problem that they created.

Using Taja since March 2025 (T4), it delivers exactly what it promises—and more.

The platform is straightforward, and the support is excellent. Whenever I have an issue, I reach out through the support chat inside the app, and Ibrahim resolves it quickly and smoothly.

I appreciate the SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, chapters, and hashtags. It’s easy to craft engaging thumbnails and publish directly to social platforms.

The generated thumbnails are impressive, though I wish I could select and adjust my key moments more precisely.

Overall, I’m happy with Taja and proud to have found this on AppSumo!

Hi Ibrahim and the TAJA team,

I purchased the Unlimited tier via AppSumo in February 2025. I have to say, the application has become much stronger and stronger over time. The new add-ons like Shorts thumbnails and B-roll generation are fantastic!

However, I am facing critical issues that are blocking my entire workflow and need urgent resolution:

1. Incorrect Upgrade Prompt (AppSumo Plan Issue)
Even though I'm on the Unlimited AppSumo plan, I keep getting a pop-up preventing me from creating more content:

"Generating more than 10 shorts and 4 thumbnails is a Professional feature. Upgrade or top up to continue. Upgrade to Professional $49/month"

This feature should be included in my plan. I shouldn't be asked to upgrade to Professional just to generate thumbnails or more shorts.

2. Inconsistent Publishing (Ongoing Issue)
Even before my current problem, publishing has been very hit-or-miss. It usually works for YouTube and LinkedIn, but frequently fails for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

For Meta specifically, the interface says: "Meta cross-posting may cause duplicates... Disable cross-posting in Meta Accounts Center." I followed these instructions and disabled cross-posting in my Meta Accounts Center, yet my Shorts still constantly fail to publish to Instagram and Facebook.

3. Completely Locked Out (Since Early May)
Now the situation is critical. Since the beginning of May, I haven't been able to publish shorts at all. On every single platform simultaneously (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), I get this error:

" Payment required. Please update your payment method to continue using Late."

Since I am on the AppSumo Unlimited plan, I shouldn't be getting prompted for payment to publish. I haven't changed anything in my account or payment details.

I've emailed support directly about the Meta failures and this new payment error (most recently on May 20th), but nothing has been resolved and my workflow is frozen.

Could you please investigate my account urgently and fix these billing and publishing errors? I really want to continue using TAJA because the AI is great, but I need my account to work properly.
