Q: Request for Increased Credit Limits for Testing
We’d like to request an increase in credits to conduct initial testing without using our core credits. While we understand the costs involved, optimizing nodes requires time, trial, and error, which the current limits may hinder. This could result in negative user experiences.
As Thoughtly has secured Series A funding, we trust your goal is to foster positive PR and satisfied users who share their success stories online. Increasing the plan limit would give us the flexibility to test thoroughly, improving our chances of success and, ultimately, benefiting your platform’s reputation.
Additionally, the free account is not practical for us, as once we sign up with it, we qualify for this deal and are no longer eligible. We hope you’ll consider this request—it’s a small step that could lead to long-term benefits for both sides.
Do you have an Australian number? Can we transfer our number or use a Twilio number? If we use an Australian number, how is the credit consumption calculated? Is it still 10 credits per call? Thank you!
I'm thinking of using this to pre-qualify leads. We do AI automation and workflow consulting and develop custom AI models to deploy within organizations.
We would be interested in having the AI go through a checklist or set of questions regarding their needs, budget, timeline, etc.
It's appealing to me to have someone opt-in, book and confirm an appointment via SMS, and then have thoughtly do the initial pre-qualifying call.
I tried your demo number, and the AI struggled with pauses. it asked the same question 3 times and then hung up abruptly. when i didn't leave my email, it said thanks and moved on in the conversation.
I can see potential here but the opening and closing were a little wonky in initial tests. This is your demo number, so I wonder how to address if your own demo is a little buggy.
Q: Can we call France? What is the rate for this call, the same as usual? Landline or mobile?
