This is a scam.
They deleted the part with phonecredits.
Which makes this useless for me.
But they happily took more than 1000$ for this deal. I have already cancelled my Appsumo plus subscription because of this deal.
I still have another account on Appsumo and i spent a ton of money over the past 5 years +
I want a refund!!!

Scam of the year!
I’m an avid purchaser on app sumo but after this I will never buy again on app sumo! Spent 600$ on this and can’t get a refund! It doesn’t work calls drop and just hang up on my customers! Clearly a go high level mask that doesn’t work! Absolutely disgusted with this product and waste of money! Don’t buy

I think many people have already written enough reason why this might have been a rug pull... the fact that this was one of the very rare non-refundable deals seems to have been another indication of it... I still trusted that this cannot be and accordingly bought even 3x the highest plan. Means 3300 USD. As a business owner myself, I know that there can be turbulences and I hope they get things straight very soon. Until then I will keep my raiting on 1 Start as I bought it almost 6 Months back and still a non-working product. They claim that they have "premium voice" and a low latency etc etc... but when comparing with other providers, it is clear that this is of lower quality. Pronounciation, latency and the feeling when talking to this "robot" voice is just a shame. The level of voice agent is maybe 12-18 Months behind of what competitors use.
Let´s hope they improve over time and all the scam accusations which seem to be true so far won´t become reality. Let´s just hope we are all wrong claiming that this is by a very high chance a scam.

Imposible hacerlo funcionar. El soporte muy malo. Llevo meses intentando conseguir una respuesta útil. Deberían devolver el dinero. No entiendo como Appsumo admite tratos así.

Scam Perpetrated by Thoughtly - approved seemingly by App Sumo
I too bought a Tier 5 Thoughly plan - and they are rug pulling us and App Sumo is doing nothing.
The message I got from AS is:
"Because your lifetime deal with AppSumo is still active and fully honored, no refunds will be offered for Thoughtly."
How is it fully honored when they won't honor to provide the minutes on a plan that they agreed to? I paid over $1,000 for this!
Bring your own Key is nuts, and while Thoughtly seems to answer each one of these terrible reviews on this site - they a) don't say when it will be fixed and b) don't offer us (loyal customers who paid for their plans) any solution or to bring us into the Agency plan which is still working.
Shame on you both.
Thoughtly... I guess you can change your name now. Because you clearly are not thinking about your clients or reputation.
