I just upgraded form the free plan to the $29 individual plan, but my plan still shows as the free plan. As such, I paid $29 for nothing. I logged out of TidyCal and back in again, but nothing has changed. I paid with PayPal and have the receipt. What should I do, wait a little longer? I have waited about ten minutes.
Q: How many Clients can i add to the Agency Account?
Hi, This is a pre sale question. From what i am reading, it seems that under the Agency Account, i can add 25 Clients, each with their own login details and their own custom calendar and booking forms etc? Is that correct? Each of these 25 Clients will have access to all the features of the Agency Plan? Thanks

A: Hey, drmitraonline! On the Agency plan, you can currently invite *unlimited* team members to a team you can create.
Each of those team members uses their own TidyCal account, which they can use independently or as part of the team. This is identical to other platforms (like Calendly).
Will you offer support for Proton Calendar in the future? I'm eager to move away from Google and other major companies.

A: Thanks for the question!
At the moment, TidyCal only supports Google Calendar, Outlook/Office 365, and Apple/iCloud. Proton Calendar isn’t supported right now, and we don’t have plans for adding it yet.
That said, we are actively tracking requests for additional calendar providers, and Proton is one of the most commonly mentioned alternatives. If we add support in the future, it will be...
Your software is found her under the filter-criteria "White Label". I have an online-membership and I want to offer the online-community-members the free usage of TidyCal as long as they are in my online-membership. Each member should have its own credentials and should only access its own data. How does it practically work?

A: Thanks for your question! Here’s how this works today:
TidyCal does not offer a “white-label reseller” setup where you can give each community member their own paid account under your license. Each user who needs their own TidyCal account (with their own login and their own calendars, bookings, etc.) would need to purchase their own plan directly.
Q: Multiple brands/websites under single account
I need to connect multiple brands/websites under a single calendar account for appointment booking. Each brand has its own domain name, logo, etc.
Is this use case possible with TidyCal?
