Can you clarify how video conferencing works for team members on the Agency tier?
I work with a team of subcontractors. I’d like each subcontractor to connect their own calendar so our clients can book directly with them through our team booking page.
When a client books with a specific subcontractor, can the meeting automatically use that subcontractor’s own Zoom or Google Meet account and generate their video conferencing link, rather than using mine as the Agency account owner?
Ideally, we would manage the booking experience centrally, while each subcontractor’s calendar and their own video conferencing account are used for their meetings.
Would each subcontractor need their own paid TidyCal licence for this, or is this functionality included when they’re added as a team member under my Agency account?

Aug 26, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! Great questions — let me take them in order, because the answer genuinely differs by provider.
The calendar half works exactly as you've described. On a Round Robin team booking type each subcontractor connects their own calendar, the page offers the union of your hosts' own availability schedules, and when a client books, the event is written to the assigned subcontractor's own primary calendar rather than yours. You keep the single team booking page; they keep their own calendar.
Google Meet follows that same path, so yes. The Meet link is minted as part of creating the event on that subcontractor's calendar, which means it's generated inside their own Google account with them as organiser, not you.
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are the honest exception, and worth knowing before you build around it. Those links are always created from the connection on the account that owns the booking type, so every meeting would carry your Zoom or Teams link no matter which subcontractor was assigned. If per-person video accounts matter, Google Meet is the one that does it today.
On licensing, better news than you might expect: they don't need their own paid plan. Agency is required on your account only. Team members are free, with no per-seat charge and no cap, and nothing checks a member's own plan — they just need a TidyCal account to accept your invite and connect their calendar. Their own personal booking types run on their own plan, but that's separate from the team work you own.
Two practical notes. Round Robin assigns the host automatically by priority, so the client doesn't choose who they get; if you want clients picking a specific subcontractor by name, create one Round Robin booking type per person with only that person ticked as host, and each appears as its own card on your team page while still landing in that person's calendar. Also ask each subcontractor to mark one calendar as primary after connecting, since for round robin that primary is the calendar the booking is written to.
