1) How can I manage ENG/ITA bookings (two different booking pages or the same booking page but with two languages) on the same website?

2) How can I manage different bookings on other websites I own under the same account?

3) How can I remove the TidyCal branding widget?

4) How can I setup a random fake occupancy on my free available slots?

5) How can I customize the thank you page and thank you message confirmation?

6) How can I setup an upsell (is there any way to do that)?
