Good news — you don't need a separate license for each project. One TidyCal account can handle all of your brands/projects. You've got two ways to set this up:

Option 1 — Keep everything under one account (simplest)
Every booking type you create gets its own shareable link and can have its own colors/theme, so you can hand each project a different, on-brand booking link. They all live under your single TidyCal profile, but each one can look distinct.

Option 2 — A separate branded page (and domain) per brand — using Teams
If you want each project to have its own standalone landing page, you can use the Teams feature. A single account can create multiple teams, and each team gets:
- its own booking page with its own URL, and
- its own custom domain (e.g. book.brandA.com, book.brandB.com), so each brand can live on its own domain.

Teams and custom domains come with the Agency tier (or a Pro subscription). So one Agency license lets you run several separately-branded pages from a single account — no need to buy a license per brand.
