There's no code to redeem for TidyCal — it's an AppSumo original, so the licence attaches to your account by email instead. Go to your AppSumo account, open your Products list, find TidyCal and click through to it from there. That activates the licence and lands you on TidyCal with the email from your order already filled in, so you just set a password — or log in, if you already have a TidyCal account on that address — and you're on Agency.

The one thing to watch is the email. The licence attaches to the TidyCal account whose address matches your AppSumo order exactly, so if you already have a TidyCal account under a different address, Agency won't show up on it. You can confirm it landed at tidycal.com/settings/plan, which should read Agency Lifetime.

Once you're in, the next step is usually connecting your calendar, at tidycal.com/integrations/calendars — Google, Microsoft and Apple are all supported, and that's the step that lets TidyCal see your existing commitments and write new bookings back to them.

If Agency still isn't showing after that, email us at [email protected] with the email address on your AppSumo order plus your order number and we'll attach it for you. Two quick notes on that one: please don't post your licence code on this page since it's public, and please don't register a second account in the meantime, as that just creates an empty account we'd then have to merge back.
