Can you clarify how video conferencing works for team members on the Agency tier? I work with a team of subcontractors. I’d like each subcontractor to connect their own calendar so our clients can book directly with them through our team booking page. When a client books with a specific subcontractor, can the meeting automatically use that subcontractor’s own Zoom or Google Meet account and generate their video conferencing link, rather than using mine as the Agency account owner? Ideally, we would manage the booking experience centrally, while each subcontractor’s calendar and their own video conferencing account are used for their meetings. Would each subcontractor need their own paid TidyCal licence for this, or is this functionality included when they’re added as a team member under my Agency account?
Is there a way in TidyCal to display available booking times directly alongside the calendar, similar to Cal.com, rather than having users select their time from a dropdown? From a user experience perspective, showing the available time slots next to the selected date makes availability much easier to scan and compare at a glance. It also reduces an extra interaction, since users can immediately see which times are available without opening a dropdown.
